Glenn is focused on industry trends and how we can continue to adapt the organization as well as build a best-in-class talent pipeline to meet the needs of customers and partners. Glenn leads United’s Global Corporate Accounts, Agency, and Digital Sales teams. He is also responsible for the United for Business marketing team, and the sales strategy, pricing, incentives, sales support, sales effectiveness, and sales systems teams.
Prior to United, Glenn was the principal and practice leader for travel and transportation at ZS Associates. He led efforts to help travel companies across the commercial functions of marketing, sales, and revenue management, and related areas such as property development, loyalty programs, network planning, and reservations. His client work focused on the business-to-business side of the travel industry, where he helped airlines, hotel brands, travel agencies and travel technology companies improve their go-to-market strategy and execution with corporations and channel partners.
Before joining ZS Associates, Glenn worked in the offshore oil industry and served as a Military Intelligence officer in the United States Army.
