Throughout his career, he has led major revenue management and IT initiatives, including dynamic pricing, group booking platforms, and advanced forecasting solutions.
Since 2020, Stefan has been Managing Director of Lufthansa Process Management, one of the leading providers of fare distribution and fare data management services. In this role, his focus lies on supporting airlines as they navigate the transformation of the distribution landscape while ensuring operational excellence, particularly from a fare filing and fare management perspective.
Stefan is known as both a leader and an implementer of products and processes. As a transformation manager, he combines strategic foresight with executional strength, successfully mastering organizational ambidexterity in the sense of transforming while performing.
